At Perfect Pitch Hearing, our mission is to make personalized, high-quality hearing care accessible to our patients. We take the time to get to know each individual’s unique story, including their needs, budget, and hearing goals. Recently, we’ve partnered with Ear & Hearing Clinic, an established name in audiology, to expand our impact. By doing so, we are now powered by Juliana Shantz, an award-winning Doctor of Audiology who is passionate about improving patients’ quality of life through better hearing. This partnership supports our continued healthcare commitment to our community and to you.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Karen Fritsch is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Karen earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology with specialization in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Waterloo in 2000. She worked in her scientific field for many years until her interest focused on hearing healthcare. Karen received her Hearing Instrument Specialist PostGraduate Certificate with High Honours from Conestoga College. She believes in providing professional, trustworthy and honest service to reach the best possible solutions for individual care.
